What we collect

When you use the AI Business Audit, the chat assistant or the contact form, we collect what you enter, including chat messages: your website, industry, business size, main problem, and, if you provide them, your name, email, business name, phone number and message. Our servers also record basic technical data such as the time of your request.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare your AI Opportunity Report, reply to your enquiry and offer our services. We do not sell your information.

AI processing

Our audit, chat assistant and enquiry handling use Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic. What you enter, and the public pages of a website you ask us to audit, are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. AI responses can contain mistakes; our team reviews them before making any commitment.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored securely with our hosting providers, Amazon Web Services and MongoDB Atlas.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by sending a request through our contact form.
